- You may be stressed or anxious about something. This can be due to a passed or upcoming event. Stress normally causes some chemical imbalances, which have a direct effect on the fluids in your ears
- Lack of Exercise or activity: Long periods of inactivity usually cause many problems in the body and one way these problems show up is through the ringing of the ears.
- Poor dietary techniques: Junk food and alcohol can be the reason why your ear sounds like a train or car motor. Reduce your alcohol intake and start eating healthy foods.
- Frequent or constant exposure to loud noises or sound: Some examples of loud sound that I can think of are music in a night club, a noisy working environment like a construction site just to name a few.
- Childhood Surgery: You might have had something things inserted into your ears during some medical examinations when you were young. This could possibly have affected the internal parts and could also be causing headaches and irritation. If this is the cause then it should be attended to as soon as possible because it will continue to get worse.
