Our bodies get filled with toxins
every day. They get into us by way of foods that we eat and drink and the pollutants we inhale.

everything extraneous out of your body while keeping all of your organs functioning well.
Mixtures or herbal teas are usually free of caffeine; they provide additional nutrients that help
your body. You can find ready-made mixtures of herbal teas or you can buy them individually and mis
your own.
Another, traditional, method for
detoxing is by fasting. You can do either a complete or a partial fast. Many use a partial fast
wherein they stop eating any solids except raw foods, while drinking herbal teas. Another option is
a partial fast in which you only drink juices. There is a wide variety of juices that you could
drink on this kind of fast.
Whichever type of fasting or detox
program you choose, plan for it to last for only 2-3 days at a time. Some go for more and some go
for less but 2-3 days is a good working average. While you are in this process, take care that you
drink lots of good plain water in order to keep your body hydrated.
Most detox programs have large
benefits and do good for your entire body. Your mind will begin clearing. You will find that your
thinking is clearer and faster. Your energy level will likely increase, you will find that you feel
more alive, your outlook will be more positive. Many find that they are motivated to get more
things done.
